Best self-catering experience ever. 1 Hunters Pride far exceeded our expectations. We have used self-catering properties for many years and have never stayed at one so perfectly equipped. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. Bedrooms well appointed with modern fittings, air conditioners and comfortable beds. Really great that each bedroom has its own well-fitted bathroom. The house has plenty of communal chill space (indoors and outdoors) and a good view into the Northern Dinokeng. Well worth doing a game drive with Eric. He is very informative and made the drive really entertaining for our young grandkids.

Lovely house and location, with a friendly host. Lovely stay, friendly host. The only reason it is not an overall 5/5 is that no inverter is available during loadshedding. That would really make the lodge outstanding.

Joyful experience! We had a wonderful time at 1 Hunters Pride! The location was perfect, and the accommodation was excellent, with comfortable beds, clean linen and all the necessary cutlery. I highly recommend this place to everyone for a fun and memorable experience. Eric is a magnificent game driver, with extensive knowledge of the animals, birds and trees. We saw a variety of animals including lions, cheetahs, elephants, impalas, kudus and many more! It was the best game I've ever had!

Relaxing. Perfect destination for a getaway. The hospitality was fantastic. The house is beautiful, with good quality furnishings, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
