10 Kingsley Close is a comfortably furnished short-term semi-self-catering unit for 4 people in Denvar Park, George.
The unit has a private entrance, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has a bath with a shower overhead, and a toilet en suite. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. Each of the rooms is equipped with a TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, and for convenience, linen, towels, soap, cleaning supplies and shampoo will be provided.
The unit gets cleaned before guests arrive and when they check out. Extra towels will be provided for guests that stay for longer than 2 days.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small basin, small fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery and crockery, and coffee, sugar, tea, and milk will be available. There is an extra fridge in the lock-up garage. There is also only space for socialising outside with a table and four chairs and free-standing braai facilities. There is no living area inside, only bedrooms.
The unit opens onto a patio with an umbrella, and a small braai is available for guests to use. Parking is available in the lockup garage, and additional parking is available under the security camera. The unit also has a security light and beam. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
10 Kingsley Close is situated 1 km from various shops and restaurants. George offers swimming and fishing at the various beaches in the area, golfing, hiking, walking, biking and 4x4 trails, cheese tasting, strawberry picking, and beer sampling. Guests can also visit the Outeniqua Transport Museum.
