1002 Portico is a beautiful self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure apartment building with a breathtaking ocean view located in the heart of Table View. This apartment has lovely warm features, making it an ideal option for a coastal getaway in the Mother City.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. This room also has a TV for entertainment. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a washing machine. Through the sliding doors is a balcony with outdoor seating which is the perfect spot for both a morning coffee or a sundowner in the evening while fully relaxing and admiring the ocean views.
