11 Mountain Stream has 5 cottages, namely Meerkat, Vuurherd, Wingerd, Ouma se Huis and Uil Huis. We can accommodation for up to 20 guests. Set on a working smallholding in Gordon's Bay. The cottages offer a tranquil farm atmosphere with free-grazing farm animals.
Vuurherd is a rustic self-catering cottage with private Hot Tub and accommodates 6 guests fully furnished with a double bed, bunk bed and sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, a fridge and a microwave. There is a dining table and chairs, and a large indoor braai fireplace with braai grids, several potjie pots, and a plate for breakfast. The lounge area contains seating, books, and board games.
Ouma se Huis comprises 1 bedroom and can accommodate 4 guests, shared wood fire Hot pool. The bedroom is furnished with double bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. Sleeper couch in lounge area. Other facilities include a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, a lounge, a dining area, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Ouma se Huis has a patio and outside braai area that is fenced.
Wingerd comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. Other facilities include a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave and a gas stove, a lounge, a dining area, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a private garden, an outside braai, and a wood-fired hot tub.
Uil Huis needs no description, you will see the uniqueness of the images. Fitted with a private hot tub. Die Uil Huis has a queen bed and a double futon sleeping 4 guests, a private hot tub. It has a fridge, microwave and kitchenette. There is an outside braai area. For extra children, we pitch a tent at an extra cost.
Meerkat is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. The unit is further equipped with a hot tub, braai area, and outdoor shower facilities. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. If guests bring along extra children, a tent can be pitched at an extra cost.
Gordons Bay has much to offer from the beach, malls, walking trails and great restaurants.
Take part in the daily feeding and interaction of the farm animals, and enjoy the bright stars and the most amazing sunsets. 11 Mountain Stream is only 4.7 km from the beach and 2 km from several shops. Guests can bond with Oscar, the most loving emu, who always seeks something nice to eat.
Camping for the kids can be arranged at an additional cost per child, in 4 small tents that sleep 2 and 1 bigger tent that sleeps 5.
