11 Simbalina Beachfront is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated on the beachfront in Ballito. The apartment offers stunning 180-degree ocean views, and the complex has direct access to the promenade and Clark Bay Beach. 3 flights of stairs access the accommodation.

This fully furnished apartment can accommodate 8 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a shower and a bath. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. Three bedrooms have 180-degree sea views.

The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cater for 8 guests, including a washing machine and a tumble-dryer for convenience. The open-plan living area features an LCD TV with full DStv channels, and leads out to the patio which offers spectacular sea and promenade views. Please bring your own towels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The complex has a communal swimming pool. One lockup garage and one open parking behind the garage. The complex is fully gated and fenced.
