Never stayed because we were deceived. We did not stay at the property. While we were on our way there, it was disclosed to us that both the pool and the electricity were not working. As we had specifically searched for a place with a pool for the kids, we immediately looked for alternative accommodation upon arrival. Despite the fact that we never stayed at the property, we were still charged a commission of over R2000 by the website. This was very disappointing and felt unfair, given that the information about the amenities was only shared with us after the booking had already been made.
