202 Sameja is a stunning self-catering holiday villa nestled in the secure Dunkirk Estate in Salt Rock, Durban. This could be a great option for a large family or a group of friends, as the estate has plenty to offer for the whole group.
This double-storey villa can accommodate 6 adults and a child and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main suite has gorgeous views of the estate and is furnished with a king-size bed. It also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and share a bathroom; however, the third bedroom also has a 3/4 mattress available. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The expansive open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The lounge space has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Additionally, this home has a kids' playroom and a cosy second TV room which can be used as a relaxing cinema room. The downstairs living area opens onto a spacious covered patio with a lounging corner, an outdoor dining table and a gas braai, which is a great spot for guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. During load shedding, there is backup power which will keep the lights, internet and TVs on.
Guests have full access to the estate’s communal forest swimming pool, which is within walking distance of the villa. The area also has lovely restaurants, and a kids’ play area is approximately a 300 m walk from the home. This home is also about 2 km from the local beaches of Salt Rock.
