Cozy. It was a pleasant experience. I travelled from Burgersfort, Limpopo, to Johannesburg, Gauteng. My mind was at ease knowing that I had a place to rest my head. There was constant communication to ensure I was not alone on the trip. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with open hands. Bedding was nice. The only thing was there was no shampoo or lotion. But I brought my own, so it wasn't a disaster. Highly recommend. Great value for money.
