25 on First is a self-catering villa located in the prestigious Shelley Point Estate in St. Helena Bay. Guests can enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony and landscaped gardens. The villa is solar-powered and has backup power during outages, ensuring a comfortable stay while supporting eco-friendly living.
The villa is let out as a whole and not on a room-by-room basis. Guests are required to bring their own DStv packages. There are 2 Smart TVs, one in the upstairs lounge and one in the downstairs entertainment area, with an HDMI cable provided in the upstairs lounge.
25 on First accommodates 10 adults and 6 children, with a maximum of 14 adults if there are no children. It features 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a sleeper couch, with a bathroom including a bath, shower, 2 basins, and a toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a sleeper couch, and an en-suite with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms have queen beds with en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs area includes a set of single bunk beds and a set of 3/4 pull-out beds. Linen and towels are provided, and there are 2 guest toilets downstairs. Air conditioning is available in the main upstairs bedroom and the upstairs lounge area.
The villa has 2 fully equipped kitchens with fridge-freezers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, cutlery, crockery, an ice-making machine, an air fryer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Both kitchens lead to lounges with comfortable seating. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
The downstairs entertainment area opens onto a communal wooden deck with a swimming pool, shaded boma with a fire pit, wood-fired hot tub, braai facilities, and an outside shower. Guests can relax with a sundowner or enjoy alfresco dining by the pool.
