259 On Beach is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in the heart of Sea Point. It could be an ideal option for either a solo traveller or a couple wanting seeking a coastal holiday as this unit boasts a partial ocean view.

This studio can accommodate 2 guests at a time and features an open-plan design. It is furnished with a double bed and has a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

Leading from the sleeping area, there is a kitchen equipped with a stove, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. There is an elevator in the complex, but the stairs must be used during power outages.

The location of this complex is within walking distance from the popular Sea Point promenade as well as locals shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Other local attractions and popular areas include Camps Bay, Clifton, the V & A Waterfront, Cape Town International Conference Centre, Cape Town CBD, Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lions Head.

There is no on-site parking, but guests can park on the street in front of the apartment complex. However, the area is secured throughout by traffic police, security officers and neighborhood watch services.
