28 Sandpiper is situated in St Lucia, a small coastal town which forms part of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, and offers self-catering accommodation on the owner's property. Guests can choose between 2 separate apartments that are ideal for a family.

The first apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively. Both bedrooms have a bathroom fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. There is a kitchen which is well-equipped to meet guests' self-catering needs, while a braai area is located outside.

The second apartment consists of a loft area with 2 bedrooms and a ground floor which contains the bathroom, the kitchen, and the living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom has 3 single beds. The rooms share the bathroom which is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet.

Both apartments feature an air-conditioner and a TV with DStv in the lounge. Guests are afforded free Wi-Fi and have access to a communal swimming pool and secure parking on the property.

A solar panel system has been installed and both apartments benefit from it.
