Lovely place, quiet, a must for those quiet days to get out of the city. There were hassle-free booking options and assistance through you from the beginning. Once I chose my options I went through the various resorts available. I identified 3 Mtwalume in Mangrove Beach Estates between Hibberdene and Port Shepstone as being the ideal resort for my company as it ticked all the boxes. The booking process was easier than writing an exam and Jeremise, the booking agent, sent me all the relevant booking info within minutes of booking. Prior to our check-in which was estimated about 2 weeks from the online booking, I was regularly kept up to date and reminded of my booking info by you which was a big help as I was well prepared on my day of checking in. The drive from Durban with my 3 mates was scenic and the roads were fairly quiet for our early afternoon drive. Upon reaching the resort we were met by Amanda, the manager, and our hostess who assisted us with queries and laid out the standard rules and regulations of the resort. Amanda was ever willing to assist us when we had some query of importance to be attended to. The residents were kind and never bothered us.

Baie netjiese kompleks met 'n baie privaat strand. Was baie vriendelik ontvang en het regtig lekker gebly in die netjiese, skoon en goed toegeruste eenheid.

Nice beach but needs some homely amenities. We really enjoyed the location — the sea view was beautiful and it was just a short walk to the beach. The accommodation was well-priced for a family of five, and the caretaker was friendly and helpful. That said, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Unfortunately, the floor wasn't clean when we arrived, which was disappointing. After a long flight with limited luggage, we were surprised to find that the usual basic amenities weren’t provided — no tea, coffee, sugar, or even a small amount of milk. These small touches can make a big difference, especially for travellers who can’t bring such items with them. Additionally, there were no toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. We had to choose between buying them locally or making do with diluted hand soap, which wasn’t ideal. There also weren’t full rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms when we arrived, and we ended up moving one roll between the two. With a few simple additions, this could be a really wonderful stay for future guests. Hopefully, the owners consider providing these basics to make the experience more comfortable and convenient.

Netjiese plekkie met als wat jy nodig het. Baie lekker kompleks en eenheid met als wat jy nodig het. Ons het 'n baie lekker tyd gehad. Stapafstand vanaf Banana Beach - dis so 500 m se stap. Goed toegerus en baie skoon en netjies.

Baie mooi, skoon en veilig. Lekker toesluit en ry, en veilig. Oulike goed om te doen en lekker area met mooi weer en swem in die winter.

It was very nice, and friendly neighbors. We did enjoy the swimming pool, walking in the sand, it is a good place to visit.

Mooi see-uitsig. Rustige omgewing. Billy was baie vriendelik en kommunikasie was baie goed vanaf die begin tot einde. Het ons selfs toegelaat om laat uit te klok.
