Description

3 Umzimkulu is a beautifully furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure and upmarket Mangrove Beach Estate Complex, in Melville, Port Shepstone. The complex is ideally located near Banana Beach and the Koshwana Estuary.

This first-floor corner apartment can accommodate 6 guests, and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, the second bedroom has the option of either twin beds or 1 king size bed, whilst the third bedroom has only 2 single beds. The main bedroom has its own shower/ toilet en-suite, whilst the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom with toilet.

The unit features an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen that contains the necessary appliances to cook meals and a dishwasher to aid cleaning up, although the unit is serviced daily with exception of weekends and public holidays.

The lounge has a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi with UPS to allow you to stream all your favorite channels (bring your passwords etc. along).

The lounge is enclosed by wrap-around stack doors which open onto the balcony, boasting stunning ocean views. A Weber braai and outdoor patio table with chairs complete your outdoor dining options.

Over and above, the complex offers a fully equipped laundry facility, a gym, a games room, a swimming pool, and secure parking for vehicles.

Last but not definitely not least, the apartment has easy walking access to Banana Beach, which is a favorite for swimming, snorkelling, surfing & fishing !!
