The spacious home comfortably accommodates 9 guests across 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, and the remaining bedroom has 2 single beds. Guests share the use of 2 bathrooms fitted with a bath or shower, washbasin and toilet, with a separate toilet available for added convenience. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as an 8-seater dining table. A washing machine and dishwasher are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, and an indoor braai area.
Outside, guests can enjoy alfresco meals on the furnished patio with a braai area. Secure parking is available for the duration of the stay. Lappiesbaai Beach and play area are within walking distance of the property, while Tuin-op-die-Brak Botanical Garden is 1.8 km away.
