4 Zwaan is an exclusive beachfront property located in Paradise Beach, Jeffrey’s Bay. A nature lovers dream, the location borders onto a farm between Kromme River and Paradise Beach.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. These bedrooms share the connected en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, deep freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumbler dryer; as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 12 people and a built-in braai, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
