Description

40 Ocean Breeze is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, right on the beach in Winklespruit, KwaZulu-Natal. This is the perfect unit for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful stay on their visit to the South Coast.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, door that opens onto the patio while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a TV with an Openview decoder and ceiling fan.

The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

The living room is furnished with a single sleeper couch suitable for a child or adult, a TV with an Openview decoder (OVHD) and air-conditioning. The living room opens onto a covered patio with a dining table.

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool & braai facilities, direct beach access to Winklespruit Beach and an allocated parking bay on the premises. This property is within close proximity to local amenities such as shops and restaurants.
