4499 Desert Rose offers comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation situated on the owner’s property in the Ocean View area of Swakopmund. It is ideally located close to the C34 highway, 400 m from the closest shopping centre and only a 5-minute drive from the beach.

This unit can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a Smart TV with Netflix. Additionally, there is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, guests have full access to a lovely garden space as well as a private courtyard with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property and if arranged beforehand, there is 1 parking space available in a locked garage.
