54 @ Serendipity is a lovely guest suite situated in Kloof, a gated residential area in Durban, and forms part of the owner's charming old manor house, nestled within stunning grounds.

Located on the ground floor, having its own entrance next to garage. This open-plan suite can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time. It is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

There is a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Additionally, the unit features a TV with Netflix, a free-standing wardrobe, and a table with 2 chairs that also serves as a workstation.
