Will not book this unit again or recommend it to anyone. It took about 20 minutes just to figure out how to get into the apartment. The front door entrance was blocked with a key on the inside. The back courtyard wooden door had a clip that was out of sight and very hard to open if you are opening it for the first time. Then the back door had a trick to open two locks simultaneously. By the time you are inside, you are seriously frustrated already. The interior was clean but very outdated. The location is excellent and very close to the beach and shops. A bit of paint, some new furniture and linen will go a long way to improve this holiday rental.

Hi Irene, sorry to hear about this now only. Our team is always available to assist with check-in struggles. The front door has a Yale lock and a normal lock on it. If you unlocked the normal lock first, after that you unlock the Yale lock – they don't have to be opened at the same time. So a touch confused with this? Very enjoyable. Had an awesome weekend. Everything we needed was available. Only little negative was the TV box which buffered all the time. Don't believe it was the internet as our phones worked well. Also, there was a bit of ice build-up on the fridge's compressor which caused a bit of water leakage. Reported to the agent and she said they would have a look at it when we left. This did not put a damper on our enjoyment of the facility and the town.
