5C Sandra Place offers self-catering accommodation on a lovely property in Ballito, just 100 m from the beach, and close to various shops and restaurants.

Accommodation is offered in a Main House, and a separate self-contained Flatlet. The Main House and the Flatlet can be rented out together for groups of up to 11 guests.

The Main House is a large family house that can accommodate up to 9 guests and comprises 4 upstairs bedrooms of which 3 are en suite, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room that has sliding doors opening to a patio and lawn with sea views.

The self-contained Flatlet can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years old, and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and its own open-plan kitchen and lounge. The flat has air conditioning.

Guests in the Main House and the Flatlet will have shared use of the garden and swimming pool. A domestic can be arranged at an additional fee.

This establishment is pet friendly by arrangement, however only 1 small breed dog at a time is allowed. There are 2 cats on the premises, so the dogs need to be okay with cats too.
