Description

Nautica is a self-catering apartment situated on the 6th floor of the Nautica Complex, which is located across the road from Dolphin Beach. The apartment has superb views of Table Mountain, the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island which can be seen from the patio and in the whale season you may see the occasional pods of whales which visit Table Bay and more abundant are the dolphins which swim up and down the coast. Visitors from all walks of life will love this area of Cape Town.

The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The view of Table Mountain and the ocean from this bedroom is spectacular. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the and an adjoining bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with access to Netflix. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.

The complex has a communal swimming pool and braai area. Free, secure private parking is provided in the garage. There is a laundry on the ground floor equipped with 2 large washing machines and tumble-dryers.

Nautica is within walking distance to the MyCiti bus network which will give guests access to places such as the V&A Waterfront, the CBD of Cape Town and the Cape Town International Airport. For wine lovers, the Durbanville wine route is only a few km away and the other wine routes in Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek are easily accessible. Bayside Mall which caters for most shoppers tastes is less than 3 km from the apartment and the newly opened Table Bay Mall has virtually everything a shopper would want.
