Description

679 Morsvalla - Langebaan Golf Estate is a tastefully furnished holiday home situated in a secure golf estate in Langebaan. The golf estate boasts a signature Gary Player golf course and is within easy reach of the beach, lagoon, and Club Mykonos.

This fully furnished house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, including children, in 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are 2 bedrooms fitted with a double bed each, while the fourth bedroom contains twin single beds. There is a separate full bathroom which is shared between the remaining bedrooms.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils. Additional comforts in the house include 3 TVs, full DStv, access to Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a built-in braai area. A double garage provides ample parking for 2 vehicles, while an alarm system is also available.

The estate features a clubhouse where visitors will find a swimming pool, bowls, putt-putt, tennis courts, a gym, restaurant, and a bar. There are also jogging or mountain biking trails, and a driving range on the estate. They currently also have two brand-new padel courts available at the guests’ own expense.
