Clean, comfortable and good service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very tasty and the people are friendly. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Warm welcome, comfortable stay, delicious breakfast, exceptional hospitality. Our stay at 7 on Annandale was an absolute blessing! We received one of the warmest welcomes we've ever experienced upon checking in. The rooms were immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was heartwarming and thought is given to the potential needs of the guests, which made us feel extremely comfortable. The room has a well-stocked tea/coffee station and the buttermilk rusks and chocolates are an absolute treat. The full breakfast spread was nutritious, flavourful and absolutely scrumptious. I must also mention that Lorraine goes the extra mile to set a most aesthetically pleasing table and is intentional about bringing variation to each day's hot breakfast. Both Lorraine and her husband made our stay very comfortable and went out of their way to show empathy and extend help to us in a somewhat very distressing time. I will most definitely return to 7 on Annandale and will highly recommend this B&B.
