Lovely location great for a family of 6 with a few suggestions to be considered. Wonderful location. Suggestions: paying attention to cleaning areas behind doors in rooms, especially the bathroom. The kitchen had quite a few ants with nothing to kill them with; suggest placing things out to kill any nests. No proper knives to cut meat for braaing. The certificate for Umhlanga Accommodation was outdated and should be updated. A checklist should be provided for those using the facility to ensure that all required items are there upon arrival and check-in, and to inform yourselves immediately should something not be there or be broken. Easier to keep track. As it is a complex, the rules of the complex should be shared with guests to ensure that they stay within those rules to not upset neighbours or have issues brought to the owner's attention regarding guests that stayed there. Depending on the length of people's stay, changing towels weekly with no access to a washer in the unit or an idea of where to be able to use one to wash towels in the event that your guests want clean towels maybe every 2nd to 3rd day is a concern. WiFi was not working well and was lagging even with only one person trying to connect to the WiFi. Suggest looking into the speed and service provider. Extra points can be earned if guests could have a file available to consider: * Takeaway places around. * Restaurants. * Emergency contact numbers of hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, etc., especially if one does not know the area.

Clean, good location. The location is very central. We walked to the village and the new Oceans Mall. The unit is old but was cleaned every day by very friendly staff. There were some usual suspects (cockroaches) who only appeared at night, and the unit can do with updated sharp knives, but all in all, a pleasant stay.
