Very pleasant and happy. Everything worked! Lovely unit with extra amenities - chocolate on pillow, tea, coffee, Netflix etc. Whilst the access steps were not a problem for our family - we enjoyed the challenge - a more physically challenged person would definitely struggle, especially with luggage down the stairs and parking up the road. We loved the area and access to Clifton beaches. Thank you.
