8 Villa Flamenco is situated in Shaka’s Rock and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a renovated, upmarket 2-bedroom apartment situated in a beachfront complex with direct access to the beach.
The furnished first-floor apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen that lies under an arched ceiling with wooden beams. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and a stove, a kettle, a microwave and a toaster, and a washing machine. There is also a 4-seater dining room table and chairs in the kitchen. The lounge area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi, allowing guests to log in with their own details for DStv, Netflix, and other streaming services. The lounge area leads out onto a patio with beach and sea views. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans.
The small, well-managed complex is secure with constant supervision and has a good security record. Guests have access to a lock-up garage, as well as limited guest parking. All guests are requested to use their allocated garage to avoid congestion in the parking area. Communal braai areas are available. The garage measures 5.04 metres in length, 2.8 metres in width, and 2 metres in height.
This flat now gets daily cleans Monday to Saturday
