9 Lantra is situated just 50 m from the beach (mountain view - no sea view) in the picturesque coastal town of Strand, Cape Town. On offer is comfortable self-catering accommodation located on the first floor (no lift). This unit is non smoking.

This self catering apartment offers 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed. A sleeper couch is available, suitable for 2 children only. The bathroom is fitted with a corner bath, shower, basin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, oven, fridge, microwave and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In the lounge guest will find a TV with full DStv as well as an indoor braai.

Outside is a courtyard featuring an outdoor braai for guests use. There is a lock-up garage available for 1 vehicle. Some large vehicles do not fit in the garage. Alternative parking will be supplied inside the complex in such a case.

Located within 1 km from the property is Waterworld Strand, Strand Golf Course, Dick Dent Bird Sanctuary, Cheetah Outreach, Triggerfish Brewing and the Strand Farmers Market.
