Dear Lauren, Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience ended on such a disappointing note, especially after what had otherwise been a positive stay. Please know that we take all guest concerns and property matters seriously, and it was never our intention to cause distress or offence. We sincerely regret if our communication came across as accusatory or unprofessional. That was not our aim, and we apologise for any undue frustration this caused. We did, however, give you the benefit of the doubt and paid for the window ourselves. Regarding the maintenance issues you highlighted, we appreciate you bringing these to our attention. We are actively addressing them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property meets the high standards we strive for. Your comments will be used constructively to improve our processes moving forward.
