The unit is very neat and well equipped, the unit was serviced regularly and our towels and bedding were changed regularly. The only real problem with the unit itself is the fact that the air conditioning condensers are installed on the veranda. So if someone turns on the air conditioning, the veranda turns into a sauna and makes it unbearable for anyone who wants to sit on the veranda and read, enjoy the view, etc. The unit also offers sleeping space for 6 guests, but a dining table for only 4. The biggest problem unfortunately has nothing to do with the unit itself, but how you get to the unit. From the parking area to the elevator there are 2-3 sets of stairs (depending on which floor you park on), and the elevator only has 3 (floors) where it stops. The unit is between the 2nd and 3rd stops, so you have to choose whether you want to climb up or down stairs to get to the unit's floor. The elevator also takes quite a while to move and a normal trip from ground floor to the 3rd stop takes about 3 minutes. Unfortunately, 2 of our fellow travelers are already further along in life, and this scenario made the trips between the apartment and the car/beach/restaurants completely miserable. There are also 4 floors up to the pool. There are also no porters at all to assist with luggage/groceries, etc.
