Unit Perlemoen/Bokkom is a self-catering unit that features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the 3rd bunker bedroom has a separate toilet and wash basin. The first bedroom is an open-plan loft bedroom that features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. There are steps up to the loft bedroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a separate shower and a separate bath. The third bedroom contains a bunk bed, which is more suitable for 2 smaller children, with a separate toilet and washbasin. Other facilities include a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all the necessities, with a fireplace/braai in the lounge area. It has a private outside stoep and braai area available, also with stunning sea views. The two main bedrooms have flat-screen TVs available with DSTV. There are a few steps to the unit.

It is a beautiful, quiet, protected seaside village halfway between Saldanha and Vredenburg and is centrally situated to explore the beautiful West Coast region and its attractions. It is only 145km from Cape Town. Jacobsbaai is close to amenities, such as a private hospital, golf courses, a shopping mall, restaurants, and many more. It is the perfect place to break away from city life where you can relax and swim in the Atlantic Ocean, stroll down the beach or just sit and watch the breathtaking sunsets with a glass of good South African wine. There is still lots to do for the adrenalin junkies and thrill seekers, such as surfing, sailing, wind and kite surfing, kayaking, crayfish diving, deep-sea fishing, mountain biking, hiking and many more. The West Coast Mall with big shops such as Woolworths, Checkers, etc. is only about 15 minutes drive away from Jacobsbaai.
