Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful! This is a well-maintained home. Everything you need for a weekend in the bush. The hostess was very helpful from the start and we had no problems with anything. Everything worked perfectly.

Lovely house, all that was needed was there. Everything was clean and tidy. Awesome house. We had amazing encounters with the kudu, Vlakvark, zebra and giraffe. Will definitely be going back.

Very disappointing, especially at the long weekend rate we paid. We were unfortunately disappointed in our stay. The linen and towels provided were not white as in the photos and we ended up using our own swimming towels for bath time instead of the worn out towels provided. The mosquito nets looked like they hadn't been washed in years and were dirty and full of dust. There is only a gas kettle that takes a very long time to boil on the stove (no sign of the electric kettle as in the photos). We had to wash a lot of the crockery ourselves (after taking it out of the cupboard) before we were comfortable using it. The place could also do with a few extra serving spoons and knives. Feel free to bring your own extra dish towels too - only one washcloth and one drying towel are provided. The pillar on the braai side is in the middle of the patio: we were a group of 10 people, so we couldn't even fit a chair in there to hang out comfortably and there was always one or two of us hiding behind the pillar. The WiFi was unreliable and kept going on and off - they were very helpful and offered to contact the network provider for us immediately. Unfortunately our weekend also coincided with a major water leak in the park: the whole of Marloth was without any water for a day. We were not informed of the problem, or the recovery plan, until we ourselves inquired about why there was no more water at the house.

Lovely place did have a few issues. On final payments, owner requested an additional deposit, would have liked to know upfront. On arrival owner did not send an email for key collection we had to wait 1 hour. Big power problem at the house power comes off and on the whole time different areas on sometimes, dimmed lights. Other than that very nice place.
