Agama Tented Camp, based 20 km north of Garies, invites you to experience this drought-ravaged wilderness both in and out its world-renowned floral season.

Get closer to nature and discover the haunting beauty the area by staying in a tent. Not just any tent, but a unique, top-class tented camp. The comfortable tented accommodation all have their own private bathrooms and spacious decks from where you can absorb this relatively unexplored part of the country. A home-cooked, farm-style dinner and full English breakfast are included.

Here, up to 14 guests at a time can relax, unwind and totally enjoy the refreshing experience of becoming part of the bush, with a variety of small game and oryx, while enjoying sundowners as the kaleidoscope of the day gives way to the blackness of night and stars, only a touch away.

Nothing beats gathering around a roaring fire in a traditional boma to socialise, enjoy drinks and discuss experiences of the day. Guests can cool off in the swimming pool.
