Albelize @ Sea is a double-storey wooden house located in the coastal town of Port Alfred, known as the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Situated halfway between Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) and East London in the Eastern Cape, Port Alfred is celebrated for its natural beauty, friendly atmosphere, excellent marina, and a wide range of water sports.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and share the use of the bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, complete with a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, 2 ovens, a microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a dishwasher and an ice machine for guests’ convenience. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV as well as access to Wi-Fi.
The living area and kitchen open onto spacious patios. Braai facilities are available both upstairs and in the garden area downstairs, offering guests flexible options for outdoor cooking and socialising. Guests are to note that there are 2 permanent tenants who resides on the property in their own apartment. Besides the parking area, nothing is shared.
