Description

Aloe Arbour 1 is a spacious, free-standing, open-plan, fully equipped, self-catering cottage. Situated on a working farm 8km from White River. Sleeping up to 3 guests, this cottage is ideal for couples or small families seeking a peaceful countryside escape.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom, accessed via 3 steps, includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. Complimentary toiletries are provided for guests’ convenience. The cottage is fitted with an air-conditioner and free standing fan for the gorgeous summer months, and a gas heater and electric blankets for comfort in the colder months. A hairdryer is provided in the cottage for the guests' convenience.

The open-plan living area features a lounge with a comfortable suite and a single sleeper-couch, a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, along with an iron and ironing board. A drying line is also available outside. There is a storage shed for guests' convenience.

Guests can relax in a private outdoor seating and dining area with a portable braai (a starter pack of charcoal and firelighters is provided on arrival), overlooking the farm and shared splash pool, perfect for unwinding in tranquil surroundings. The farm offers secure accommodation with electric fencing and AI-monitored cameras with voice support. Aloe Arbour Cottage 1 is ideally located for exploring the region’s attractions, such as the Kruger National Park, the Big Swing in Graskop, local eateries, and more.

On arrival, guests will find a complimentary bottle of milk and water in the fridge. Other amenities provided for the first night are a full tea/coffee station, cooking oil, tomato sauce, spray and cook, salt and pepper, and charcoal and firelighters. Bottled water and milk are provided in the fridge for guests' convenience.

A basic service is provided from Monday to Saturday - excluding Sundays and public holidays, which includes making beds and washing dishes
