Description
Aloha 18 is a holiday home in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique, offering 5 sea-facing bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms.
The house comfortably accommodates 16 guests and is just a one-minute walk from the beach, with sea views and ocean breezes throughout. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen or single bed configuration, bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The property consists of 3 pods. Pod 1 features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Pod 2 has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 3 single beds. Pod 3 contains a queen bed and a bunk bed, separated by a wall with an opening between the spaces.
The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining, and lounge space. The lounge has a TV for streaming via Wi-Fi, as DStv is not installed. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a four-plate gas hob, oven, two fridges, a 500-litre chest freezer, crockery and cutlery for 16 guests, and a washing machine operated by the staff. A large dining table provides ample space for group meals, and all necessary cleaning materials are provided. A water filter at the kitchen prep bowl ensures safe drinking water. Guests are advised to brush their teeth with water from the bedrooms but not to consume it.
A five-minute walk along the beach leads to Frederico’s snorkelling spot, a renowned location for snorkelling, and guests are encouraged to bring their own gear. The home combines comfort, functionality, and easy access to the beach, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxed coastal retreat.
