Ansteys Beach Self-catering & Backpackers is situated in Bluff, approximately 50 m from the beach and offers a fun environment and the ideal base from which to explore the area’s attractions.

Accommodation at Ansteys Beach Self-catering & Backpackers Guests consists of well-equipped self-catering apartments that can sleep between 2 to 6 people, private air-conditioned backpacker rooms, as well as budget communal backpacker cabins. Each self-catering apartment has a private bathroom and kitchen, while some are fitted with air-conditioning and a TV with selected DStv Hotel package; some of the private backpacker rooms have DStv as well.

Guests staying in Backpacker cabins have access to the communal bathroom facilities, kitchen, dining area and TV lounge. For convenience, linen is provided but guests please need to bring their own beach and bath towels.

Guests can make use of the free Wi-Fi Internet access, cool down in the swimming pool in the tropical garden, enjoy a drink in the small bar which has a pool table, or have a meal at Heidi’s Cafe on the premises which is located above the swimming pool. A curio and surf shop is available on the premises as well.

Ansteys has a strict no smoking policy in all flats and communal living areas. Please note that some of the units are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities. Pets are not allowed.
