Beautiful view of the sea and nice modern unit. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The view of the sea was just amazing and every morning the sunrise was beautiful. We chose the accommodation for 4 reasons: 1. clean (no fuss and frills) and modern interior, 2. view of the sea, 3. braai, 4. swimming pool. Unfortunately there is no braai for the unit, there is one communal gas braai near the pool, which is closed and also stands next to a couch. And the pool itself is not very private, there are many tall buildings around, overlooking the pool. It is a very nice pool. Positive points were the washing machine and dryer, which was very handy, the WiFi was excellently fast, there is aircon in the bedroom, the location of the unit is great for rest and close to many restaurants. However, to use the oven and extractor fan, there are no instructions, it is not possible to figure it out yourself. At the moment there is construction work happening in front of the building and the lights of the crane shine very brightly at night. This particular unit is right above the security office and entrance to the building and at night you can hear the security people talking very clearly. The porch is very large and would be great for a braai. Another negative point is the multiple double lane traffic circles to get to the accommodation, it makes driving around difficult. There is also no direct street to the sea/beach. There is plenty of parking available and an elevator! It is just difficult to get in and out of the building, because you have to talk to security every time, give a pin and scan your license (every so often) so it makes coming and going difficult, but at least you know you are very safe. We would definitely want to stay here again and look out over the sea.

Pragtige uitsig oor die see en mooi moderne eenheid. Die akkommodasie was baie skoon en netjies. Die uitkyk oor die see was net wonderlik en elke oggend se sonsopkoms was pragtig. Ons het die akkommodasie vir 4 redes gekies: 1. skoon (no fuss en frills) en moderne interieur, 2. uitsig oor die see, 3. braai, 4. swembad. Ongelukkig is daar nie 'n braai vir die eenheid nie, daar is een gemeenskaplike gasbraai naby die swembad, wat gesluit is en ook langs 'n rusbank staan. En die swembad self is nie baie privaat nie, daar is baie hoë geboue rondom, wat uitkyk op die swembad. Dis wel 'n baie mooi swembad. Positiewe punte was die wasmasjien en droër, wat baie handig was, die WiFi was uitstekend vinnig, daar is aircon in die slaapkamer, die eenheid se ligging is great vir rus en naby baie restaurante. Om wel die oond en afzuigwaaier te gebruik, kort daar instruksies, dit is nie moontlik om self uit te figure nie. Op die oomblik is daar konstruksiewerk wat voor die gebou gebeur en die ligte van die hyskraan skyn baie helder in die nag. Hierdie spesifieke eenheid sit reg bo die sekuriteitskantoor en ingang vir die gebou en in die nag kan jy die sekuriteitsmense baie duidelik hoor praat. Die stoep is baie groot en sal wonderlik wees om daar te kon braai. Nog een negatiewe punt is die verskeie dubbel laan verkeerssirkels om by die akkommodasie uit te kom, dit maak rondry moeilik. Daar is ook nie 'n direkte straat na die see/strand toe nie. Daar is baie parkeering beskikbaar en 'n hysbak! Dis net moeilik om in en uit die gebou te kom, want jy moet elke keer met sekuriteit praat, 'n pin gee asook jou lisensie scan (elke liewe keer) so dit maak kom en gaan moeilik, maar darem weet jy jy is baie veilig. Ons sal definitief weer hier wil bly en uitkyk oor die see.
