Clean and neat. Very clean and tidy. The bedding also smelled lovely. It was quiet during bedtime. Very well appointed. It is very small, the sleeper couch does not have a mattress when you fold it out, so if both children cannot lie next to each other on the single couch, one will sleep soundly. There was no bedding for the sleeper couch, only extra blankets and there were also only 3 towels. We booked very last minute, so that could be why it was lacking. The directions are not good, the accommodation is at The Capital Hotel (reception). But we would definitely sleep there again if we were looking for accommodation in the city.
