Ashley On Beach Strand @ 1101 Luxury Apartment is a top-floor self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, in Strand. The apartment offers a 180-degree sea view, overlooking False Bay coast as far as Table Mountain on a clear day.

Located on the 11th floor, the apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lovely lounge area overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed on request, and the third bedroom has 1 single bed. The second bathroom is also fitted with a shower and toilet. Bath and beach towels are provided.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available. Meals can be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table in the living area. The TV features Premium DStv channels, free Wi-Fi and the Netflix app is available. Please bring your own login details for Netflix. WIFI is accessible during load shedding. This apartment has an inverter for uninterrupted TV during load shedding.

In addition, the apartment contains percale white linen, snag-free white towels, beach towels, extra blankets, a coffee plunger, milk and rusks.

Guests have access to the communal laundry room on the second floor, the shared braai facilities and the tennis court in the complex as well. Secure parking with 24-hour CCTV cameras is available.

Guests can go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the several coffee shops, restaurants or an ice cream. The apartment is 34 km from Cape Town International Airport, 22 km from Stellenbosch, and a short drive from Somerset Mall and the golf club.
