Excellent. The staff and security were very friendly. We were lost, but upon arrival we were treated with royalty. I will definitely come back. The rooms are so beautiful and elegant. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Disappointing. The rate was higher than average for the area and stated that breakfast was included. At check-in, no mention of breakfast was made. However, the next morning, we were advised that no breakfast was available. Why did I pay the full rate?

Average. Although the rooms are modern and new, there were a few small things that need attention. The headboard behind the bed was loose, and the toilet was not cleaned properly in our room. It is very expensive at R925 per person per night sharing. Breakfast is only included if you arrange this upfront, and the check-in staff do not bring this to your attention. Staff need to be trained to welcome guests properly and ask them if they would like breakfast the following morning.
