Our stay was perfect and the location, house was stunning. We really enjoyed staying here. The location was ideal. House beautiful and well-kept. Ilze, our host, was so accommodating and friendly - she even sent us ideas of what to do in Wilderness which was so thoughtful. We would definitely book again and will recommend it happily to all friends and family. Thank you. One point I feel I should mention was when there is loadshedding, there is absolutely no signal in this area, which was a little surprising and challenging as I had to work whilst there.

Beautifully located on the river with well maintained house that was beautifully finished. From the reception to the departure the communication was excellent. Beautiful secured complex and the finish of the house and detail of the establishment, was top notch. The availability of a kayak was a bonus and us 'oldies' felt like children paddling the river. We enjoyed our stay. River view was perfect, pity about the N2 being so close. We enjoyed our visit with family and friends at At Rest. Weather was amazing, canoeing was great fun. Cabin was well equipped and our host Ilse was professional and friendly. On the downside, The N2 is close and the traffic runs right through the night. We also found the upstairs bathroom setup inpractical. We recommend a sliding door on the master bedroom for privacy.
