Description

At The Beach Cottage Apartment is a charming self-catering apartment located on the host’s property, situated in Cape St Francis. The property borders the dunes and is ideally situated less than a 100 meter from the main beach.

The ground-floor apartment has a private entrance with secure parking and can accommodate 6 guests. Consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Linen and towels are provided. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom with 1 king-size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds. A bunk bed is in the lounge area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath.

The open-plan kitchen contains a stove, oven, gas plate, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and a washing machine. The adjacent living area has a 6-seater dining table with chairs and sofas to relax on, a TV with all DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi. The living area opens onto a patio with a private braai facility, which overlooks the garden and each bedroom opens onto a private stoep on the beach side of the apartment.

Solar power is available during load shedding. There is also a hot/cold water shower and basin next to the apartment.

The garden has a pathway that leads over small dunes, and down to the main beach, less than 100m. Off-street secure parking is available on the property.
