Once off, never to be repeated as it just did not offer enough for us. The front door was unlocked and we could not lock it from the inside as the lock is either broken or not aligned with the striking plate. Quite a few windows are difficult to open or close. Some did not even budge. The shower cubicle is difficult to handle and its wheels are prone to disengaging from the track. Garden furniture is unclean and rusty. Many light switches are not labelled, which would make their use easier. Some floor mouldings are broken. I had one cupboard door with the frame beading in my hand when first opening it as it was held in place by small panel pins only instead of screws. Overall, it looks nice in the pictures but it is cheaply made and not adequately maintained. The location has no view at all except from the first floor balcony. The plot is way too tiny for small kids.
