The munificent interior has been lovingly renovated to perfection, offering guests graceful comfort and convenience. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Each bedroom contains a king-size bed made up with crisp linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, and a washing machine and tumble-dryer combo. During loadshedding the electric stove will not work, but there is a gas hob. The air-conditioned apartment features free Wi-Fi. The apartment has a smart TV, where guests can sign into their own streaming account on the app of their choice. The great private balcony is there to enjoy ‘people watching’. Free underground parking for 1 vehicle is provided, and the building has a lift.
There is a backup power system to lessen the impact of loadshedding. All Avemore apartments are family-friendly and guests are welcome to let the hosts know should they need a crib, baby chair or bath for little ones. The owners have a small olive farm called Le Verger in Devon Valley that offers a beautiful pool and braai area that guests from town are welcome to use.
