Spacious, well-located home with great security and entertainment. We had a lovely stay in Ballito! The house is spacious with a great open-plan layout and a fantastic entertainment area. It’s ideally located—close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. We travelled with kids aged 7 to 13, and they especially loved the pool. One thing to note: two of the bedrooms are actually studio apartments located downstairs, separate from the main house. We didn’t realise this when booking, so we had to make a quick plan to ensure at least one pair of adults slept in the main house with the children. It wasn’t a major issue, just something to consider if you’re travelling with younger kids who aren’t old enough to sleep separately. On the flip side, this setup would be perfect for families with older kids or teens—they’d have their own space and bathroom, which is a bonus. The dishwasher didn’t clean well, so we ended up washing most dishes by hand. However, having both a washing machine and dryer was a big convenience. The armed response was very effective. The outside beams are activated automatically at 10:30 PM each night. We forgot about this on our first night and accidentally triggered the alarm, but security arrived within minutes to check that everything was in order—which was very reassuring. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the house—and we’d love to visit again!

Ons familie kuier 'allelekkeste' by ‘Oupa en Nashi se see-huis’! Ons het ’n wonderlike tyd gehad in die gerieflike en goed toegeruste huis. Die kleinkinders het dit sommer ‘Oupa en Nashi se see-huis’ genoem—hulle het so tuis gevoel. Dit was heerlik om saam met hulle na die strand en restaurante te stap, wat vir ons almal ’n groot genieting was. Die swembad was ’n treffer, en die ruim stoeptafel het ons in staat gestel om lekker saam te kuier, selfs terwyl dit gereën het. Die ouers het privaatheid gehad in Studio A en B terwyl die kleinkinders kon oorslaap in die hoofhuis saam met Oupa en Nashi. Die drie dae het té vinnig verbygegaan, en ons het elke oomblik geniet, van sonsopkoms tot slaaptyd. Ian se kommunikasie was effektief en is 'n ware juweel. Ons kuier vir seker so gou as wat ons kan, weer by B'Lenghi!

Comfortable and cosy. Golfing tour party of 9 adults. Enough rooms and beds for us all. Home is spacious and plenty of room to move around. Walking distance to Spar, Tops, pharmacy and various restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Our early mornings were well enjoyed on the veranda with a Tequila Sunrise in one hand, eyes focused on the horizon for the break of a new dawn and every day (August) we were fortunate enough to spot whales swimming about. Backup systems in place and a cosy corner to watch the Springboks maul the Aussies.

The host, Ian, is friendly and accommodating. Wonderful stay at B'Lenghi Beach House. Homely and safe.

Just okay, we made our own fun. Old furniture, they need to upgrade even though they prefer the antique look. They really need to upgrade their furniture and improve on maintaining their cleanliness. We were only offered 1 toilet paper in each toilet for the entire 3-night stay and were told to go buy our own. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Mindful. Peaceful, beachfront, near all the restaurants and beaches, security is tight, house is clean and private, looks exactly like the pictures.

Overall the stay was nice, the host was very accommodating, but we hard a bad experience with the cleaning manager. We requested to arrive 2 hours before check-in to set up a nice dinner table and a few items as we were celebrating a very special occasion, my parent in-laws "50th Anniversary". There weren’t non-paying guests joining us, just the 10 guests that were booked for the home. Somehow it seems the permission granted wasn’t filtered to the cleaning manager. She was irate when she saw us at the property. Initially, we planned with the owner to come through at 1200hrs but due to late guests we understood and only came through at 1315hrs. Upon arrival, I was yelled at, and she made me feel as if we weren’t paying customers and the house was loaned to us. I tried to explain and show the manager messages between myself and the host, but she refused to look at them. She went to the extent to send the host pics and telling him we are having a party. I think a party would involve drinks, loud music, lots of people etc., but that wasn’t the case. She even lied to the host saying we started occupying the other areas of the house before our check-in time, we didn’t even have luggage. All our stuff was coming through with my husband as he was working that morning. Our idea of a celebration was a pretty setup with a small backdrop and a table set for 10. If we wanted to party, we would have booked a proper venue and invited numerous guests. We didn’t invite guests or have music at all (for the entire weekend) and nor do we drink alcohol! The cleaning lady took 1 set of the studio keys with her (by mistake - maybe) which delayed us getting our luggage to the room. She only dropped it off around 6 pm. Staff like this often chase away customers. I wouldn’t bother booking this place again!

Awesome house Amazing location! Loved the house and the owners were very accommodating and kind. Amazing view and you could not ask for a better location. It felt like home away from home. The picture don't do it justice it's way nicer in real life.
