Lovely peaceful stay on a farm just outside Montagu. The accommodation is very neat and very well furnished. We lacked nothing. The view is lovely and the location is perfect for someone who wants to explore Montagu and the surrounding area. Even though it was very cold and the house does not have a fireplace, the air conditioning worked well and heated the house nicely. We had a great time. A homecoming for weary travelers! We slept over for 2 nights, on our way to Cape Town. Everything in the cottage was perfect! Great sleep, fully equipped kitchen, the coziest porch overlooking the vineyards and the children could frolic outside to their heart's content and play in the river with their homemade boats!
