Description
Baleia Azul 20 is a beachfront holiday home with direct access to the beach via a walkway from the swimming pool. The house features 4 spacious en suite bedrooms, two of which are sea-facing and two garden-facing.
Bedroom 1 is sea-facing and furnished with a king-size bed, sleeping 2 guests. It has an inside en suite bathroom and an additional outside en suite shower. Bedroom 2 is also sea-facing with a king-size bed for 2 guests and includes both an inside en suite bathroom and an outside en suite shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, accommodating 4 guests per room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have ceiling fans, and include lock-up safes. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 include a toilet, bath, and shower, while bedrooms 3 and 4 have a toilet and shower.
The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining room, lounge, and inside bar area, all overlooking the swimming pool and ocean. The living area opens onto an outside lounging area with a wooden deck extending towards the sunken swimming pool and the private beach walkway.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring 2 drink fridges, 2 double-door fridges/freezers, a chest freezer, washing machine, gas hob and oven, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, and tumble dryer. The outdoor area includes a Weber braai and a stainless steel wood/charcoal braai. Staff are available daily to assist with cleaning and can set up a gazebo and camping chairs on the beach.
A registered launch site for boats is available on the estate, and fishing licenses can be obtained in Ponta D’ouro. The property is centrally positioned near the main reef, which is child-friendly at low tide.
