Friendly owner, consistently exceeds our expectations. Apartment is spacious, fully equipped, neat and cleaned daily, thoroughly. The only snag that made our trip less enjoyable is that I was unexpectedly approached by Property 24 to pay a breakages deposit of R1000.00. It was inconvenient to first check if I hadn't already paid it. (This was unexpected as with the previous bookings, there was no need to correspond with another booking agent). Affordable, clean and comfortable. Close to beach. Affordable rates. Good cleaning service. Basic stay requirements catered for. Very clean and tidy. Walking distance to everything. Kitchen is good. We had a nice stay there with my parents and 4 month old baby. Will go back again anytime.

Willard Beach is a 5 minute walk through the garden gate, across the street and down the lane next to Ballito Sands. The studio is just one large room with a shower and toilet, but very well furnished with everything needed for self-catering accommodation for 2 people (even 3 if one sleeps on the sofa bed). The place is gorgeous and perfect for a large group. We were 6 adults and 8 kids, and we all stayed comfortably. The bigger kids loved staying in the one room together on all the bunk beds. There was a large garden as well for them to play in. In general a wonderful stay in the house and flat.
