Dit was lieflik skoon, stil en aangenaam. Heerlik. Ek het my eie ingang gehad en die kamer lyk presies soos die foto's. Ek moes werk terwyl ek daar was, en die WiFi was goed, die buurt was stil en die kamer was lieflik.

Vriendelike ontvangs, skoon en netjiese verblyf. Die kamer was aanvaarbaar, behalwe dat my motor op straat moes staan oornag. Dit het my baie ongemaklik laat voel.

Verblyf op ideale plek geleë, maar beledigende eienaar het verblyf versuur. What turned out to be a nice stay in the beginning, turned into an unpleasant experience at the end, the reason being that we were insulted by the owner. My mother and I booked a 5-night stay (night 5 had to be paid in cash to the owner) for my son's rugby tour. Upon asking for toilet spray for the room on night 4, I was told that, for the amount of money I'm paying to stay there, said amount does not justify toilet spray. I was also informed that too many guests have stolen the toilet spray in the past. Firstly, I work hard for my salary and had a lot of expenses to accompany my son on this tour to be able to support him. R3,650 for accommodation is not a small amount and I do not take this insult lightly; and Secondly, accusing me of "theft" like the previous guests to justify why toilet spray is not available is also unacceptable. Honestly, there are more valuable goods in the room than toilet spray. The owner also challenged me that if I'm not happy with there being no toilet spray, I should gladly complain to the website. The fact of the matter is not that, for 5 nights, there is no toilet spray – it is the insults and the blatant disregard of your guests' concerns/requests. We even had to ask for toilet paper as the cleaner 'forgot' to replace same in the bathroom.

We always aim to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable, so it's disappointing to know that we fell short in your case. Just to clarify a few things: our listing doesn’t advertise a kitchen, but we did provide a toaster to make things a bit more convenient. The room was serviced daily at no extra charge, including restocking essentials like toilet paper. While toilet spray isn’t included as a standard amenity, we were happy to provide it when it was requested. The comment about previous guest behaviour was never meant as a personal accusation but simply a general explanation. Our team always tries to be helpful and respectful, and it was disheartening that they felt uncomfortable during your stay. We truly believe our rates offer great value for the area and the amenities provided. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you all the best going forward.
