It was nice and the reception staff was awesome. It could improve as when we arrived there were cockroaches in the family room. No welcome notes in the room.

Fantastic and value for money. We had a nice stay, it was safe, neat, clean. The place was centrally located, friendly staff, 24 hour security and daily housekeeping.

Not happy at all. There was mould in my kids' room, the toilet was not working well, the maintenance was weak; they don't do it at all. The cleaning lady always came between 14:30 and 15:00.
